Research questions are based on researchers objectives, this study will focus on finding answers to these questions throughout this study.



1.    What are the service quality expectations of the customers at X hotel with regards to Servqual factors?

2.    What are the customers’ perception of service performed by X hotel with regards to Servqual factors?

3.    What is the impact of

a.    Service quality and customer loyalty?

b.    Service quality and customer satisfaction?

c.    Customer satisfaction and Customer Loyalty?

4.    What service quality factors to be improved at X hotel?
